These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GrowSpace platform ("Service") operated by GrowSpace ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account to use automation features

2. Instagram Account Connection

By connecting your Instagram account to GrowSpace, you authorize us to:

• Access your Instagram profile information
• Send Direct Messages on your behalf based on your automation rules
• Publish content you schedule through our platform
• Monitor comments on your posts for keyword-based automation triggers
• Access insights and analytics for your account

You can revoke this access at any time through your Instagram settings or our Settings page.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content
• Violate Instagram's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Harvest or collect user data for unauthorized purposes
• Impersonate other individuals or entities
• Send content that is hateful, violent, or sexually explicit
• Attempt to circumvent Meta's API rate limits

4. API Rate Limits

We comply with Meta's API rate limits. The Service enforces a maximum of 200 automated messages per Instagram account per hour. Messages exceeding this limit are queued for later delivery.

5. Content Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the content of automated messages and scheduled posts
• We do not review, approve, or endorse any content sent through the Service
• You must ensure your content complies with all applicable laws and Instagram policies

6. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Instagram API changes may affect Service functionality

7. Subscription & Billing

• Some features require a paid subscription
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

8. Limitation of Liability

GrowSpace is not liable for:

• Actions taken by Instagram/Meta on your account (restrictions, bans)
• Loss of followers, engagement, or revenue
• Third-party API downtime or changes
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

9. Termination

We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
